Payment Information

If you subscribe to our Dose-2-Door service, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

4. SMS & Email Communications

SMS Program Details

By providing your phone number and opting in to wellness reminders during account registration or onboarding, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from MicroTrack (Innovata Group LLC), including:

• Scheduled wellness reminders on your tracking days
• One-time verification codes for account login (OTP)
• Account notifications (e.g., application confirmations)

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from MicroTrack
• Disabling SMS reminders in your Account Settings page
• Removing your phone number from your profile

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START or re-enabling reminders in your settings.

Email Communications

We may also send email notifications related to your account, including wellness reminders, verification codes, and account updates. You can manage your email preferences in your Account Settings.

Third-Party Messaging Providers

We use Twilio for SMS delivery and Abacus AI for email notifications. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering messages. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Twilio — for SMS authentication and reminders
• Stripe — for subscription payment processing
• Google — for Google SSO authentication and analytics
• Amazon Web Services — for secure file storage (journal images)

These service providers access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information.
