1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MicroTrack (the "Service"), a product of Innovata Group LLC, operated at microtrack.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MicroTrack is a wellness journaling and habit-tracking web application. The Service allows users to set personalized supplement schedules, log daily experiences, track mood and wellness patterns over time, and optionally subscribe to curated wellness product deliveries ("Dose-2-Door").

MicroTrack is a tracking and journaling tool only. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any controlled substances. The Service is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, in violation of these Terms, or suspected of unauthorized use.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service, including journal entries, notes, mood ratings, and uploaded images ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We do not monitor or endorse User Content and are not liable for any content submitted by users.

6. Dose-2-Door Subscriptions

MicroTrack offers optional subscription-based wellness product deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us for refund requests
• Product availability and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice

7. Affiliate Program

MicroTrack offers an affiliate program for approved participants. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referrals per the terms outlined during enrollment. We reserve the right to modify commission structures, approve or deny applications, and terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion.

Affiliates may not use misleading, deceptive, or spammy promotional methods. Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and termination from the program.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious files, code, or content

The Service, including its design, code, logos, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by MicroTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroTrack and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any health outcomes related to activities tracked in the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroTrack, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
